Department: Service

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll:

• Master the art of diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Guide customers to make informed, confident decisions
• Deliver an extraordinary customer experience that's off the charts 📈
• Keep communication lines open with dispatch, managers, parts, and installation teams

$25.00-$35.00 per hour + Based on Experience

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of residential service experience 
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• EPA Certified, NATE Certification is a bonus
• Must pass drug and background screens
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience making repair and replacement decisions
• Stellar customer service skills
• Top-notch safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings
